LCAE looking for volunteers for Learner Awards

The London Council for Adult Education is looking for volunteers to help with the planning of the Learner Awards ceremony.  The award ceremony is scheduled for May 12, 2016.  LCAE planning meetings are held once per month during February and March, and more frequently in April.  Those interested in joining should contact LCAE co-chair Amanda Burdick at communications@bellnet.ca.

Ontario Truck Driving School Job Fair & Info Night

Enhanced Language Training from the Centre For Lifelong Learning

New Mental Health Crisis Centre for London

The Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre, a partnership between the Canadian Mental Health Association Middlesex and Addiction Services of Thames Valley, opened on January 11, 2016.

The Crisis Centre provides immediate crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization and links to community resources for individuals (16 and older) experiencing a crisis that doesn't require medical treatment.

No referral is needed. You can walk in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Mental Health and Addictions Crisis Centre is located at 648 Huron Street in London, Ontario.
